Day 1. El Callao port – flight to Guayaquil:
You will be picked up from El Callao port at 09:00 a.m. for your transfer to Lima airport, where you will take your short flight to Guayaquil, departing at 12:00 p.m. On your arrival in Guayaquil at 14:11, you will be met and transferred to your hotel (5-starts). Here, you will check-in, and your guide will take you to the city for a walking tour. Afterwards, you will return to your hotel for a free night and prepare for your next day’s adventure. (NO MEALS INCLUDED).
Day 2. Guayaquil flight to Baltra Galapagos:
Have an early breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Galapagos. Departing at 10:06am. Here, you will be assisted to pass the Galapagos Biocontrol and Transit Card formalities. Flight to Galapagos, San Cristobal airport. Galapagos is considered “the most amazing place on Earth”, according to the English magazine Wanderlust.
We have carefully chosen the best excursion for you to enjoy these fantastic Islands. Your English-speaking naturalist guide from the Galapagos National Park will be waiting for you at the airport.
A short excursion to the viewpoint “Tijeretas”, where you will enjoy an amazing view of the Island of San Cristobal. After this, you will visit the same bay where Charles Darwin arrived in 1835. Finally, it is time to relax at the beach Carola, which has many colonies of sea lions. Lunch is included in a typical restaurant in the town. Afterwards, we will take a shared boat to Santa Cruz Islands, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Puerto Ayora, the only part of the island with infrastructure. (ALL MEALS INCLUDED BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER).
Day 3. Tour Galapagos:
Have an early breakfast at your hotel, and then you will begin your amazing adventure on a shared yacht excursion to one of the inhabited islands: Seymour, Plazas, or Bartolome. You will be picked up at the hotel and cross the Island by bus. At the Itabaca channel, your naturalist guide and the yacht crew will await you. Then you can see one of those islands’ iconic fauna and fantastic landscapes. Of course, snorkelling is part of the program today. You will also enjoy a delicious lunch on board.
NOTE: This tour depends on regulating the Galapagos National Park for inhabited islands. We will let you know which island we visit as soon as we get confirmation. (ALL MEALS INCLUDED BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER)
Day 4. Galapagos to Manta Port:
Early breakfast at your hotel, then transfer back to the airport for your flight back to Guayaquil departing at 10:25 am, on your arrival into Guayaquil at 13:16. You will be met by our guide and will take you in a private vehicle for a road journey (3 hours) to Manta port where you will rejoin your ship that departs at 19:00. (NO MEALS)
Travel Documents:
You must bring your passport for this trip and all travel vouchers.
Luggage:
You can only bring a small hang bag and a 10 kilos suitcase to the cabin. Bring the essentials for three nights. If you have a lot of luggage, you must pay extra costs at the airport.
Pickup and Drop Off.
The pickup time will vary depending on your ship’s arrival at El Callao port, but it will usually be at 09:00 a.m. I suggest you send full details of your ship’s arrival so we can work out the pickup time.
On day 4, you will be dropped off at Manta Port. If you wish to be dropped off at another port, such as Panama Canal or Panama City, you must contact us to find a new price. Note that you may need to spend a hotel night.
Meeting point:
On your arrival at El Callao Port, you will need to take one of the free shuttle buses for a small ride to the main gate of the Port. At the gate, you must look for our sign ‘LAS ADVENTURE’ followed by your Name. Our guide will take you privately to the airport in Lima, and he will handle your boarding pass for your outbound flight to Guayaquil. The same system will applied at each arrival city airport; you must look for our signature.
Delays:
If your ship arrives late, we strongly suggest contacting us three to four days in advance so we can arrange a new pickup time. We also recommend you keep checking your emails if the pickup time changes.
If your return flight from Galapagos to Guayaquil is delayed and suddenly you lose the connection to rejoin your ship at Manta Port, DO NOT PANIC. We will cover all transfers and ensure you get on board to the next port.
Accommodations:
You will stay for three nights in a standard room at a 5-star hotel. If you wish to upgrade to a suite, contact us for a new price.
You must present your passport and pre-arrange breakfast for the following day during check-in.
Travel vouchers:
All travel vouchers, such as flights, hotels and tours, will be given via email. Our staff will handle the printed version.
Communications:
This is very important; you must give us a valid mobile number so we can call you for any updates. We all know it’s hard to get a signal while you are at sea. Please keep your mobile phone on, as we will contact you before your arrival to make the last arrangement via SMS or WhatsApp. Otherwise, it will be challenging to communicate with you.
